Protect your pen drive from virus

Pen drive is the most used storage device for transferring data from one computer to another.But most computer virus enter to computer through pen drive.So everyone should be careful for using pen drive.Here i give some tips to protect your pen drive.Read them and follow..

1. First don't open or explore directly pen drive.Open My Computer and write drive letter (if pen drive is L drive write L) in Address bar and enter.
2. Go to Tools->Folder option->view and click in the check box named 'Show hidden files and folders','Hide extensions for known file types','Hide protected operating system  files' and show all hidden system files.Now if you find any suspicious hidden file (*.exe) in pen drive ,delete them.
3. Make a folder named autorun.inf so that autorun virus virus cannot enter to pen drive.
