UPS is one of the essential part of computer.Usually UPS give power support to computer during loadsheding.But you can take extra advantage from UPS.Generally a UPS can give power support maximum 15 to 20 minutes (according to volt).But if this time is not enough for you,in Windows Operating System ,Hibernate option will help you.To enable Hibernate mode,first Right click in Desktop,then click on Properties/Screen Saver/Power.Select Hibernate and click OK in Enable Hibernate check box.Again click Power and then click Advanced.now Hibernate Select as 'When I Press The Power Button'. Now when loadsheding occur just press Sleep button.If your keyboard have no Sleep button then press Power button.Then your computer run in Hibernate mode.In Hibernate mode,computer run with less power than normally use.Hence your UPS support power for a long time and you have enough time to complete your tasks.
