When we work in our computer,many unnecessary system files are created.This files make your computer slower.So for deleting unnecessary file go to start->run and type cleanmgr and enter.Then a menu will open.Select the drive you want to clean and then OK.Now select which unnecessary file you want to remove by clicking and then OK.Your drive will then clean.
